Using this website

You may use this website to learn about GetPorted and to contact us. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break into it or disrupt it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it to break any law.

What you see on the site

• Samples. Businesses marked Demo or named “Sample” are demonstrations. Their names, messages, replies and addresses are examples, not real businesses or customers.
• Figures. Numbers such as tours built, views and enquiries are our own counts and estimates at the time of writing. Results differ from business to business; they are not a promise of what any one business will get.
• Our clients. Client names, logos, photos and words appear with their permission and belong to them.

Our content

The design, words, code, films and pictures on this website belong to CarPorted Technologies or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission. Sharing a link to any page is always welcome.

Quotes, work and payment

What we deliver for your business, the price, how and when you pay, and the timeline are set out in the written quote we send you on WhatsApp or by email. Once you accept it, that quote is our agreement for that work.

“Live in 3 days” is our usual timeline from the day we shoot. It can change with the size of the space, access on the day, the weather, or changes you ask for; we will tell you if it does.

Earning from your space

Brand spots and partner offers are arranged case by case, under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer to pay any amount. You approve every brand and every offer shown in your space.

Links to other services

Our buttons and links open other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and the demo spaces we host. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

No guarantees

We work to keep this website accurate, up to date and available, but we provide it as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

As far as Indian law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect loss, or loss of profit or business, that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, the courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
